These regional Alienware web sites are the only legitimate sources available for purchasing new Alienware products covered by Alienware service, support and warranty. There are no other Alienware authorised websites with an Alienware shopping cart or which give instructions on how to purchase an Alienware system.

Alienware does not sell through online or offline resellers anywhere in the world with the exception of the list below. While Alienware products may be sold legitimately through various online auction sites such as eBay, Alienware does not participate at any stage in the transaction.

In addition, Alienware does not participate in promotions unless authorised by the company and referred to on one of the official Alienware websites or announced by a respected source such as game publishers, component manufacturer, magazine, TV station etc.

The "Alienware Affiliate Program" enables sites to earn commission for any sales made by Alienware which have been referred to by the respected website. This is achieved by placing an Alienware banner on the site which links to one of the Alienware websites where the user can finalise the purchase.
